During high-volume periods (sales, launches, or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently ship within South Africa.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days

  • Regional Areas: 3–6 business days

  • Remote Areas: 5–8 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier operations.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

We may offer:

  • Flat-rate shipping R99

  • Free shipping on orders over R500 

Any shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Searena_Aura is not responsible for delays or delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

6. Delays & External Factors

While we strive to deliver within the estimated time-frames, delays may occur due to:

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or you suspect it is lost:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and photos (if applicable).

We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. International Shipping

At this time, we ship within South Africa only.
If you are outside South Africa and wish to place an order, please contact us directly.
